Interchangeable Core & Cavity Tools

To keep the investment costs low for our customers, we use Interchangeable Core & Cavity Tools.
With this process we use soft steel cores that fit into our cavity mold. These cores can be provided in three sizes, Small – Medium – Large. With these high-quality tools, we can deliver the first products within a lead time of 20 days.
Benefits: Reduce production tool investment risk; shorter lead time; practical material flow tests; small production series possible up to 2.500pcs; gain time for the production mold manufacturing; injection parts in the end material (technical engineering plastics are also possible)
