As a Financial Employee, you are the financial link for our Rohde & Schwarz BeNeLux branch. The large number of products, Projects and Services that we provide to our customers makes this position extra challenging, dynamic and diverse. Whether it concerns processing invoices, processing various tax returns, preparing interim results or preparing the annual accounts, you are involved in almost all financial flows.

The function
• You are responsible for correct and up-to-date financial administration. This includes: annual accounts, payroll administration, project administration, accounts receivable management, absenteeism management, sales invoices, etc.
• You make financial analyzes and provide input for the annual accounts.
• You periodically prepare returns, including VAT, IC and payroll tax.
• Reconciling sub-administrations with general ledger and intercompany invoices to our international branches. You book and process administrative documents such as bank documents, purchase invoices, declarations, sales invoices, salaries, etc.
• You organize payments to suppliers and prepare periodic financial reports.
• You are the administrator of the personnel registration system (ADP).

Who are you?

• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with accounting and payment software and ERP systems is desirable.
