Designing and detailing steel structures in 3D

Your profile:
You have spatial insight and are familiar with the principles of technical drawing.
You are familiar with 3D CAD software: Tekla Structure, Inventor or Autocad
You have a bachelor’s degree in a mechanical field or equivalent through experience.

Job description:
• Work preparation:
– Ordering required materials and programming machines for prefab production.
– Critically review and adjust received drawings.
– Act as a point of contact for technical questions.
– Optimizing production processes for safety and efficiency.
– Determining the most efficient working method and sequence.
• Studio follow-up:
– Managing and monitoring prefabrication, assembly and welding processes and the coating department.
– Guaranteeing safety and quality requirements.
• Stockroom:
– Ordering consumables and tools in collaboration with the warehouse manager.
• Support Production Manager:
– Assisting the production manager in the pursuit of efficiency, quality and safety.
– Drawing up schedules in consultation with the production manager.
– Adjust plans if necessary, in consultation with the production manager and/or management.
– Replacing the production manager in his absence.

Job description:
Communicate technically with industrial customers about the metal construction project
Preparing and following up on quotations
Follow-up of your project in the drawing, production and assembly department and with suppliers
Complete project management until delivery
Your profile:
You have a technical diploma: Engineer/bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience
