Milling work:
Our Zayer can mill work pieces up till 10 tons. The milling range is 5000 x 2000 mm x 1500 mm.
The Zayer has a rotating head and a magazine containing 60 tools.
Via solid edge it is possible to upload 3D models in step or inventor ipt format. This garantees a fast and faultless production.
CNC plasma cutting:
High definition plasma cutter for cutting of steel, stainless steel and aluminium in thicknesses ranging from 1 mm to 25 mm.
The plasma cutter has a cutting range of 1.5 m op 3 m.
The high definition plasmabron of kjellberg is provided with the latest contour cut technology.
Importable file formats are: dxf, dwg, dstv.
